Synthèse

This special issue stems from the 15th GWO conference held at Audencia Business School in Nantes in July 2025. It invites outstanding conference contributions that demonstrate academic rigor, engagement with the conference's central themes, and potential to deepen scholarly understanding of gender inequalities and the future of work.

The issue welcomes research addressing how global crises reshape labor markets and organizational practices with gender-specific implications, including the experiences of migrant workers. It also seeks work on how technology transforms work practices and organizing, alongside strategies for building resilience and inclusive policies. Papers should prioritize intersectional perspectives that illuminate compounded vulnerabilities and context-specific challenges.
