This special issue seeks high-quality research on Decision Support Systems (DSS) that address sustainable and resilient transitions across organisations, societies, and supply chains. In environments characterised by technological disruption, environmental threats, and changing workforce demands, DSS models, frameworks, tools, and applications are essential for enabling evidence-based decision-making and strategic adaptation.

The call welcomes contributions exploring both theoretical foundations and practical applications of DSS across four main areas: green and sustainable transitions, digital transformation, workforce and skills transitions, and resilient supply chains. Submissions should demonstrate how DSS support organisations and societies in balancing efficiency with sustainability and resilience objectives while navigating rapid change.

Relevant submissions include conceptual models, quantitative frameworks with performance indicators, empirical case studies, interdisciplinary approaches, and critical analyses of adoption barriers and governance considerations for DSS implementation in transitions.
