This special issue is organized on the back of the 21st Joint Seminar of the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) and the Geneva Association that took place on 18–19 June 2026 in Cambridge. The special issue focuses on legal and economic issues related to emerging liability risks and insurance, bringing together scholarly work presented and discussed at this seminar.
