This multi-journal collection addresses the relationship between entrepreneurship and decent work, aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 8. The collection recognizes that recent disruptions have highlighted how rapidly employment situations can change, and that entrepreneurship may play a significant role in creating quality employment opportunities, particularly in volatile environments.

The collection seeks to bring together diverse research perspectives on how entrepreneurship can contribute to productive employment, fair wages, improved labor market access, and better job opportunities across different contexts and populations. Both research and review articles are welcome, and all submissions will undergo rigorous peer review according to each journal's standards.
