Description

This special issue seeks to explore the multifaceted ways in which political environments shape and influence the tourism and hospitality sectors. The political context encompasses governmental policies, political stability, regulatory frameworks, international relations, and geopolitical events that directly and indirectly affect tourism flows, hospitality operations, and industry development.

We invite submissions that examine how political factors influence destination competitiveness, tourism demand and supply, hospitality business strategies, employment patterns, and sustainable development in the sector. We particularly welcome research that addresses contemporary political challenges and opportunities in tourism and hospitality.

Contributions may include empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, case studies, and comparative analyses that provide insights into the complex relationships between political environments and tourism and hospitality industries globally.
