This special issue invites submissions examining how individuals and organizations are reimagining and reconstructing career practices, identities, and experiences in contemporary contexts. The collection seeks to explore the challenges, tensions, and possibilities that emerge as traditional career models and frameworks are questioned and reimagined in response to shifting economic, technological, social, and personal circumstances.
