This special issue commemorates the 10th anniversary of Organizational Frontlines Research (OFR) and invites submissions from authors interested in contributing to the field. The issue is coordinated with the 2025 OFR Symposium, which includes JSR-SI (Journal of Strategic Research - Special Issue) workshops designed to support and develop interested authors.
