The International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management seeks Critical Reflection Papers that provide rigorous scholarly examinations of significant topics in hospitality and tourism management. These papers should synthesize existing research, critique current theories or methodologies, identify gaps in knowledge, or address pressing challenges facing the industry and academia. The journal particularly welcomes multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches that bridge academic research with practical industry insights.
CRPs are primarily conceptual in nature but may include empirical components to strengthen their contributions. Papers should be maximum 7,000 words including all supplementary materials, with up to 30 references and a maximum of three tables and three figures. The journal invites established scholars and rising researchers in the field to contribute, with opportunities for multi-authored submissions and industry executive collaboration.
