    <p>This special issue addresses the urgent challenge of reconfiguring global supply chains in response to escalating tariff uncertainty and shifting trade policies. The unprecedented complexity of current tariff environments, characterized by high rates, retaliatory measures, and trade tensions, demands new decision-making approaches to support practical supply chain management.</p>
    
    <p>The special issue seeks high-quality research that applies Operations Research and Artificial Intelligence methods to tackle these challenges. Contributions should include theoretical developments, methodological innovations, and applied modeling studies with real-world relevance, particularly those integrating OR, AI, supply chain management, and international economics.</p>
